Description of the Works
Main plantroom heating refurbishment.
Heating plant has reached end of life and is due for replacement, boilers, flu’s, pumps and valves will be renewed.
We are carrying the works out during summer, so there will be no impact on staff and students.
Minor disruption to hot water supply on 2 mornings during project, this will be communicated and agreed with LSU staff.
2No. car parking bays will be used to accommodate contractors.
Noise to be expected during works, but less so as work progresses.

22nd June – 28th August 2026.
